Returns or Exchanges

• You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customers must provide notification to Traditional Rawhide Braiders that the item is being returned or exchanged. Email notification to DRB2387@aol.com. 
• Please ship your package priority mail with tracking confirmation to our business office at 4 Lombardy Court,  Benbrook, Texas 76132. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). On average, you will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you are requesting an exchange, we will complete your transaction and ship out your product within 2 business days. We will also notify you when your replacement product has been shipped. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
