Traditional Rawhide Braiders bosals are made from rawhide processed in our own shop.We do everything the old fashioned way. We select the best hides from local butcher shops and slaughter houses. Hides are stretched, de haired, and free hand split into rawhide strings. No bleached, or factory processed hides are ever used. Depending upon the size and plait of the bosal, we use goat, calf, cow and bull rawhide.

We make 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" bosals. All bosals have rawhide braided cores. The styles of bosals offered are 100% rawhide, colored with dark accents or red and black accents as shown in the pictures.
